Labs is a subscription that keeps automation running for you: Starter covers one workstream, Growth covers up to three. New capability beyond your chosen scope is scoped and quoted in writing before any work starts.
Discovery starts within one business day of payment. Straight after checkout you land on our welcome page, which collects your workflow details and a ten-minute access checklist so we can get moving immediately.
A description of what you want automated, the tools it touches and least-privilege access to those tools, read-only wherever possible (for example Xero advisor read-only). Our access checklist walks you through it in about ten minutes.
Once your engagement is agreed, subscriptions bill monthly in advance with secure checkout via Stripe and you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Sprints are payable up front. Your price is confirmed in the written quote, in USD, before any work starts.
Quotes are issued in USD. Any applicable taxes are set out in your written quote and at checkout, and your tax invoice comes from the payment receipt.
