The memory is a folder on your computer, not a setting inside an AI service. What the team learns stays yours whatever happens to any one session.
A folder you own
The vault is plain markdown notes: Inbox, Journal, Projects, Library, Knowledge and Team. A memory index tells every session who you are and how the vault is laid out.
Your notes, your app
Point AgenTwo at an existing notes vault instead of a new one. The notes stay readable in any app that opens markdown.
Every version kept
The vault is a git repository from the first run, snapshotted every 30 minutes and on demand. Add a private remote to push it.
Seals
Write a seal and AgenTwo fingerprints every file with SHA-256 and hashes the list to one root, kept in the vault and logged. Writing seals to Bitcoin is the next step.

The model does the work. It is not the memory.
Your own model account
AgenTwo thinks with a leading AI model through your own subscription or an API key. Model use is billed by its provider.
Fast and deep
In auto mode everyday turns use a faster model and planning, analysis and review a deeper one. Teammates can run different models.
Local models next
Local AI models on your own hardware are not in 1.0.8. Settings keeps the slot for them.

What leaves the computer
The thinking goes to the AI model you connect. Beyond that the app reaches the model host for the one-time speech and voice models, a git remote if you add one and a shared team platform only if you join one.
