Terms of Service
Who we are. Agentwo is a service of Uplinkd Group Pty Ltd. These terms govern Automation Sprint engagements and Labs subscriptions purchased via agentwo.com.
Services. An Automation Sprint is a fixed-scope build of one workflow over 10 business days, with a written runbook and a 14-day bug-fix window on delivered scope. Labs subscriptions keep your existing automations running: Labs Starter covers one workstream, Labs Growth up to three. Retainers cover maintenance, tuning and small changes; new capability is scoped and quoted in writing before any work starts.
Your responsibilities. You warrant that you are authorised to grant access to the systems your workflows touch, and that your use of the automations complies with the laws that apply to your business.
Billing. Subscriptions bill monthly in advance via Stripe and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the current period. Sprints are payable up front. Prices are in AUD and exclude GST, which is added for Australian customers.
Intellectual property. On payment in full, the automations, configurations and runbooks delivered for you are yours. Our underlying tooling, templates and know-how remain ours.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose consumer guarantees are not excluded), our aggregate liability under an engagement is capped at the fees you paid for it, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Termination. Either party may end a subscription at the period end. We may suspend service for non-payment after the dunning process completes.
Privacy Policy
What we collect. Contact details you submit through our forms, billing details processed by Stripe (we never see full card numbers) and the workflow information you provide for delivery.
How we use it. To respond to enquiries, deliver engagements, bill you and send service messages. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Access to your systems. Credentials you grant are used solely to build and operate your automations, on a least-privilege basis, and are revoked at your request or at the end of the engagement.
Storage & processors. We use Stripe (payments), Netlify (website and forms) and our secure delivery infrastructure. Data may be processed outside Australia by these providers under their own safeguards.
Your rights. Under the Australian Privacy Act you may request access to or correction of your personal information - email hello@agentwo.com.
